Lisa was very pleasant to work with. She is knowledgeable of the area we were looking in to buy our first home and she guided us every step of the way. We never felt pressured into making any decisions and even helped us speed up our loan application. We were supposed to go with her recommended lender, Ray, but we went for new built home with the builder's preferred lender.she got it done!...I would definitely recommend them to friends and families.

Momi went above and beyond selling our home. We encountered numerous buyers who were supposedly "pre-approved" and in the end did not qualify for their loan. I blame that on loan officers who gave buyers bad info. Momi stuck with us, ran numerous open houses, helped with paperwork long distance, kept us constantly informed and was always available to answer questions. She even worked with us while she was at Disneyland with her family! I can't say enough about all she did to make our deal go through. We got more than we expected for our home and we attribute that to her hard work and never giving up. I could write a book about how much she did for us but there isn't enough space on this page. Suffice to say I highly recommend Momi Gonzales.
