Gemini Festival of Humanity – World Invocation Day & the Esoteric Equation for Peace

The third Spring Festival, the Gemini solar festival at the full moon (timing mechanism), occurs this Sunday, May 31, 2026. The Gemini Festival has many names – 1. Festival of Humanity; 2. Festival of Goodwill (calling all of humanity to goodwill); 3. Festival of the Christ (standing in for humanity as He faces the Lord of the World); 4. World Invocation Day. 

The Gemini festival, reflecting the many gifts of Gemini, is a complex festival. It’s quite like a tapestry of many colors, energies and forces. Gemini is like a colony of bees in a meadow of flowers. Each bee absorbing nectars, then flying back to the hive to share the nectar with worker bees, who, fanning their wings, turn nectar into honey. Bees were brought to Earth from Venus, to show humanity how to work cooperatively and with goodwill together.

Gemini, the sign and festival, is directed by Venus. Both call the people of the Earth to love one another (Ray 2) and to recognize the purpose and outcome of Goodwill. Gemini and Venus offer humanity an esoteric (occult) equation for creating peace in the world. 

“Intentions, actions and dedication to Goodwill create Right Human Relations with all the kingdoms which then creates Peace (ongoing, active) in the world”  There is no other way to peace. 

The Gemini Festival is also World Invocation (prayer to Divinity) Day. The words in the Great Invocation, the present World Prayer (Part 2 to the Our Father), summon Goodwill from the heart of humanity. Increasingly in need of Goodwill, the peoples of the world are facing changes greater than those that came forth during the Industrial Revolution. And the new ways (laws and principles) of the Aquarian era are emerging. Daily recitation of the Great Invocation helps humanity work together, uplift and support each other. Here is a small version of the original Great Invocation. “O Lord of Light and Love, Lord of the World. Come forth with the rule of law. May the Prince of Peace appear and end the warring of nations, countries and peoples. May the reign of Light, Love, Wisdom, Intelligence and Justice begin. Let there be Peace on Earth. ARIES: There is a feeling and a need, a hope and a wish to recreate yourself, assuming a new level of identity, expanding all parts and renewing all that is good within yourself. And so, you look at your level of courage, confidence, self-esteem, body image, how you see yourself in the world. You ask this question, “What and who am I?” You feel the fire of desire to have a new sense of self, one in which you know the self, hold and radiate power and have purpose and the right use of the will. These are big jobs. You lead, everyone follows (except a few who don’t understand yet). 

TAURUS: You have many thoughts, ideas and ideals floating through your artistic mind. You have unusual dreams, too, due to Neptune’s influence. Are you sensing a new path needs to be taken, a new temple door needing to open?. On the other side of the door are groups of people with new ideas you want to know about. Community seems to be beckoning, where inclusivity is the rule and liberation is the path. This is the beginning of the Lighted Way of the Server. You meet the Buddha on the road. 

GEMINI: I often write “contact releases Love.” This is especially important for you this month of Gemini and in the months to come. Love is to be your identity. Not things, or people, or the past. But love. Groups, associations, friends all assist you in acquiring this greater sense of identity. At first it’s best to be in small groups, even one-on-one encounters. They assist you in identifying your gifts, abilities and keen insights. Make contact with them, identify your gifts and offer them to the world without ceasing. Venus is your mentor. 

CANCER: You are accomplished in the world of matter, you are looked up to as a leader, and your sense of identity and pride in yourself have helped you be known and to succeed. Now you begin a new cycle, several actually, one inner and one outer. You will move ahead with confidence, with new agendas and public recognition. But also with a new spiritual sense of self. Remember to serve as you lead. The first test for leaders is pride. Hold yours intact. Have pride in others. Make sure none of you falls.

LEO: Things far away are of interest to you, especially now. Travel, pilgrimages, colleges, higher learning, libraries, temples and ashrams and places of study all call you to attention. You wonder what would best enrich your mind, broaden your knowledge, create new ways of thinking, expand your horizons and perhaps create a new future life. You call upon the Lord of Wisdom to assist in your choices. Perhaps there is a clue in the visions you’re having. Visions falling into your mind from the Mind of God. 

VIRGO: Be curious and examine all financial activities and expenses held in common with another, including loans and credit card usage. At this time attempt to lessen excess financial outlay. Pay off loans and debts as soon as possible. There are hidden expenses you might be unaware of. Are you fully conscious of your finances? Creating a monthly financial plan of maintenance allows for safety and surety. In some ways is your life a secret, much is hidden from those close to you? There’s a longing for something. What is it?

LIBRA: You can be the most stable of signs when it comes to partners, associates, intimate friends and relationships. However, and it’s a paradox, sometimes you’re hidden from those closest to you. It takes a long time to trust others. But when trust does appear, you’re theirs forever. Partners, friends and intimates, in their deep care for you, make you aware of how to bring more harmony into the world. Partnerships hold, heal and sustain you. Then you transform because you “do your part,” impeccably. 

SCORPIO: Although it seems shrouded at times, you are inching slowly toward something (anything and soon please, you say!) that makes your work easier, more helpful, purposeful and significant. Multiple tests are occurring. They are not comfortable. Often the present isn’t understood ‘til later. Then we realize how useful the tests were (are). Something valuable is occurring. It has all the signs of an Initiation. Work with others a bit more playfully. Tend to someone in the family. And laugh more. Remember how? 

SAGITTARIUS: A great depth of creativity will emerge from within and will continue for a long time to come. There is an opening occurring, a spontaneity of spirit at the root of this creativity. You have a deep aspiration to finally have fun, to play, to be light and free and share this with others. Laughter too, a great releaser. You are moving from the crystal (crystallized) form to a diamond. Your imagination, originality, inspiration and ingenuity are polishing and brightening to a brilliant sheen, all the facets of your life. Light Activation! 

CAPRICORN: It seems you sense the need for a new foundation of livingness. Perhaps it’s a new awareness of self in terms of home and family. You are very creative and it will be sparked in the coming months. You are an artist (as well as a scholar). The art that you conceive and create is a foundation of identity for you. However, you also must have solid things in form and matter. Another form of identity is a garden. The earth grounds and stabilizes you and its bounty sustains. Consider a medicinal flower garden. 

AQUARIUS: There are things you need to say, words, ideas and feelings that must be communicated. However, so often you don’t feel (and aren’t) heard. In the coming weeks, this will change a bit. When you speak, others will listen, when communicating there will be understanding. There is a duality in your life. You want to create things for the world, a foundation for the arts and for those in need. First, let’s consider all that you need. Then we can consider the world. 

PISCES: As everything begins to transform in daily life, thoughts of money, resources and possessions are a focus and concern. As multiple paths appear, you wonder which choice helps to “make all things new.” You wonder also how to create a different financial future as the economy keeps changing. The old ways won’t work anymore. Great shifts are taking hold. A new sharing society is forming, and the new seeds are being planted. This is the new materialism of the new Aquarian Age. Venus is calling  you to join in and participate.
