Sunbeams, Light Beams, the Light of Interplay – Gemini

We remain under the light of Gemini. Gemini’s Light is the “light of interplay”. Gemini is a line of light or sun beams. They reveal to humanity choices, duality, polarities opposites occurring on Earth. The basic duality being spirit and matter, the two, personified in Gemini’s icon of the twins, the two brothers, Castor & Pollux, one light waxing (light of the Soul) the other waning (personality). We each have a personality and a Soul. Some of us live primarily in the personality (triangle of matter – physical body, emotions, lower rational mind) which we are building to be strong and courageous. When the personality and Soul are blended, the Soul directs the personality, we feel joyful, free and timeless. 

The Soul is the intermediary between the Father (whose face is veiled for most of humanity) and the personality. Above the personality rests the Soul, patiently waiting for our personality to be strong enough to withstand its light. Humanity lives within this duality – that of personality (the material world) and the Soul (the spiritual world). Until one day the personality and Soul fuse and blend.

Duality is a relationship of two things. Gemini’s task is to show to humanity the dual nature of life on Earth. Thus the two Gemini columns of Masonry and the two Gemini brothers, each disseminating two different realities. Gemini informs us this is a purposeful relationship calling humanity to seek the harmony between the two . If we think upon these Gemini words we can begin to understand those born in Gemini (Sun, Moon, Mars, rising sign, north node, etc.). As they display these characteristics, we comprehend their tasks in the world and their purposes in our lives. 

Gemini, on the Soul directing level, receives (from a star in the Big Dipper) and distributes Ray 2 (Love/Wisdom) into the world. When duality and the relationship between “the two” are understood, wisdom and love result. Gemini is the ultimate sign of relatedness. Often Gemini will relate two things, introduce two people or events and then disappear. Their work of relating complete. 

Gemini, with the help of Mercury and Venus, blends, merges and harmonizes dualities. However, with the wings of Mercury on their feet, they quickly simply step out of the picture, moving toward the next duality needing information and creating harmony. Gemini, a butterfly in a meadow of flowers, always also a bird in flight.

ARIES: Are you unusually hungry (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and have your appetites for creative work increased? Are you searching for how to best enjoy yourself? Self-expression coming forth as creative, passionate and entertaining is how you’re to be in the world now. Careful though. Don’t get lost in others’ worlds. People are drawn to your brightness. They want to be you. Let them win. You know you’re always and evermore the first and the best. Keep creating and keep playing.

TAURUS: Your everyday focus reflects your deep enduring, moral and ethical values. At this time you attempt to resolve financial situations and make a secure future for everyone in the family, with friends and intimate groups and also the world. You keep saying “it’s the food we must safeguard.” And you are correct. You know that we must tend to the lives of many generations to come, beginning now. Of all the signs you are the most composed and prepared. Rest more. Be aware that you’re also communicating dual realities. To reach the masses.

GEMINI: The Gemini Sun is illuminating you from within. There’s a deep reservoir of life, of aspiration, hopes, wishes and dreams emanating from you. A golden light streams forth from your eyes and heart. This is the light of love and wisdom and you have a great longingly in your heart to share. During this time it can begin to emerge. At time people become puzzled about who you are and they see you have changed. Your personality light is dimming as your Soul light shines forth. You are the twins. Study and gaze at Castor & Pollux.

CANCER: Working with your finances and resources becomes an important task.  You want to use all that you have to create a future that is sustainable for both yourself and family. This becomes a template for humanity to copy and use. Many will look to you for information and guidance as time accelerates and the past continues to disappear. Opportunities appear and fill your mind with ideas to be researched. Do work with others and begin to save seeds. Everyone has specific gifts. Nurture yours. 

LEO: You can feel busy with this and that, here and there and with things and people some over there. It’s good at this time to project yourself everywhere in the world and participate in multiple and various activities so others can recognize and appreciate you. This helps develop a newer self-identity as an effective leader.  It’s also good if you begin to facilitate meetings, group discussions, and community matters. You always have leadership qualities but now they are truly needed, seen and your ideas applied. Stay humble.

VIRGO: While Mercury (your planet) is in the sign of Cancer, the nourishment and nourisher, your mind is internally figuring out what achievements working with others you want to accomplish in the coming months. You are busy busy busy working behind the scenes doing research perhaps or tending the ill and weary or reading books on religion or seeking respite and seclusion in water gardens. LIBRA: The Sun is once again highlighting your house of travel and I wonder if you are out of town, somewhere far away. Or about to be…or perhaps thinking about it. I hope wherever you are there is art and culture, beauty and architecture. Hopefully you have access to a spa because you need care and tending and time away from work. You push yourself beyond limits. A vital new reality will be occurring in relationships in the coming months. Prepare yourself to have what you want and need. This requires self-definition and loving more.

SCORPIO: You will be called to assume more responsibilities with your day to day work and in the world. This will include a new type of recognition of your gifts and abilities. There is a kindness about to occur between the world and you. It’s a culmination of your ambitions and achievements, dedications and service to others. As more work is required of you, do not shy away. Stand up with grace. This above all will be recognized by others. Grace and equanimity and right speech and goodwill are the keynotes, sounds and tones that you emanate. Everyone is soothed.

SAGITTARIUS: Work has been very busy and you are being very disciplined. Life keeps calling for all your creative endeavors to be brought forth. Now you will launch into tending to resources, money and its past. Something appears that may be far away or perhaps you’re thinking of faraway places, people, things, events. You long for something from the past that held you in love and care. Let this nourish you as long as it can. You’ll assess and then decide the next step. Love always follows you, the sounds of the singing of the spheres.

CAPRICORN: It’s time to be closer, more truthful, more intimate and more transparent with one(s) you love. Be aware of this passage of time and have the intention to be closer and kinder to family and partner. Many benefits will emerge from this. Always with contact, more and more love is released. This is nourishing for you and you need more nourishment now, not just from foods but from the love around you. AQUARIUS: The Sun is illuminating your house of fun, pleasure, children and creativity. Which one(s) are you participating in? Everyone seeks your attention, needing you to love them more – friends, family, children as well as the animal kingdom. It’s a very auspicious glad joyful illuminating time for you. PISCES: You’re finding yourself back in time, remembering and thinking of people from the past. Each one has a story that applies to the present. You’ve been given an opportunity to fulfill certain tasks, dharmic in nature. As you perform daily work, no matter what occur, maintain a calm interior and exterior, practice mantrams (Ohm Mani Padme Hum), be harmlessness and patience.
