Town Center celebration

Otay Ranch Town Center is hosting the annual Celebration and Family Festival Tuesday in observation of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The free to attend community event will feature live music and dance performances, face-painting, a Loteria game and photo booth.

“As one of our cornerstone annual events, the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration is a fantastic opportunity for our neighbors and community to come together and honor the rich traditions and contributions of generations,” said Otay Ranch Town Center General Manager Tim Kilcourse in a press relase. “Paired with our popular weekly Farmers Market, the event provides countless opportunities to support local businesses, including a large number of locally owned, Hispanic-led vendors.”

There also will be “Salsa Under the Stars”, a pop-up series of musical performances that will run from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and hosted by Manny Cepeda Orchestra quartet,

The Celebration and Family Festival will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Sept. 30 at Otay Ranch Town Center, 2015 Birch Road in Chula Vista.
