The ninth annual Dog Gone Fun event will return to Otay Ranch Town Center on Tuesday, July 15, from 5 to 7 p.m., during the center’s weekly farmers market.
The event invites residents to enjoy a variety of dog-focused activities alongside the regular lineup of certified farm stands, street food and handcrafted goods.
Scheduled attractions include complimentary dog treats while supplies last, a doggie summer costume contest at 6 p.m. at the Popper Fountain, and free canine fitness and weight evaluations from Otay Pet Vets Premier Veterinary Hospital, located at the center.
Other offerings include dog training tips and demonstrations, a free pup cup treat station, photo opportunities with props, giveaways and information on adoptable dogs from Chula Vista Animal Services.
Otay Ranch Town Center is known as a dog-friendly destination with a 10,000-square-foot dog park, dog-welcoming restaurant patios, complimentary water stations and on-site veterinary services.
